This isn't the first time that the couple's relationship has been rocky. According to People, Jorge had previously pleaded guilty to a charge of drug trafficking, which led to tension with Anfisa when they appeared on season 4 of 90 Day Fiancé. Anfisa, who is originally from Russia, met Jorge on Facebook. The pair were forced to live in a hotel for a time as Jorge's criminal record made it difficult for him to rent an apartment.
Anfisa told In Touch Weekly that the couple were "on the verge of divorce" before Jorge went to prison, but she wanted to stay by his side while he was incarcerated. "However, the whole time I felt like I had a weight on my shoulders that wouldn't let me be happy," she said. "I knew I had to end it and it would be better for the both of us, so Jorge and I talked about it and mutually decided to part ways a few months ago and agreed to divorce once he's released."
It seems that Anfisa has already moved on. On March 18, she posted a picture on Instagram in which she is hugging a new man, caption with "Quarantine and chill?" According to In Touch Weekly, her new boyfriend's name is Leo Assaf, and the couple have been together since at least February.
